Review: The Delphine, Glasgow

“It’s art deco, calming and very snazzy.”

Writing for Scottish Field, Ellie Forbes visited on a Friday night and left a convert. She walks through the 130-cover room — bar, terrace and courtyard, with a private dining room for up to 100 — and singles out the interiors: the “pistachio green” scheme “with hints of warm timber, claybrook tiles and custom striped fabrics.”

On the food, her verdict was “punchy and flavourful,” with an “extensive menu” that “means it’s easy to please a multitude of palates.” Her closing line: she’ll “definitely be back.”
